USPS-Due to the current situation with USPS we will discuss a replacement if the item was lost or damaged on arrival due to delays !
The item or items that a being shipped may or may not be in bloom.. i do not cover the spikes, Buds, sheaths or new Growths damaged in transit..
on certain hybrids and species the foliage (leaves) are more sensitive to heat and cold.. i will check the weather before shipping if i or we feel the weather is okay i will ship..
IF the orchid or orchids fall out of pot during the shipping process.. EASY FIX.. gently place back in pot..NO Cover //
* IF FOR SOME REASON THE ITEM IS NOT DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL, DAMAGED FROM HEAT OR COLD, OR ETC. AND YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND ... THE BUYER / CUSTOMER WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND WHEN THE ITEM IS RECEIVED I WILL THEN REFUND THE FUNDS THAT WERE PAID FOR THE GOODS..
*WE DO REPLACE PLANTS!… but the plant or the issue will have to be brought up to our attention within 24hrs and we both agree to replace.. if you the customer decides to keep or to think on it.. this decision Voids you Replacement Cover.
